Snowflake packing
Snowflake is usually made from polyethylene plastic ring (PE), polypropylene (PP), reinforced polypropylene (RPP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC) and Polyvinylidene Fluoride(PVDF) etc.
Snowflake packing has the following advantages:
1) light weight;
2) good toughness,
3)impact resistance,
4)non-friable,
5)large flux
6) lower pressure drop
Snowflake is widely used in absorption, desorption, extraction, dust and other devices. Also Widely used in petroleum, chemical, chlor-alkali, gas and environmental protection industries in the packed tower.

snow flake ring is a kind of High Performance Random Plastic Packing.
Large variation in liquid flow rates.
Reduced Energy Consumption: Low pressure drops facilitate smaller fans and lower power consumption.
Exceptional Chemical Resistance: Moulded in virgin polypropylene and HDPE material. Also available in other engineering thermoplastics for critical applications.
Outstanding Strength & Durability: Thanks to it's distinctive structure is extraordinarily robust exhibiting unbeatable qualities of stability and resilience.
